What was cooking for Shabbos!

So in the kitchen this is what came out.  Just to recap what was for dinner: Sumac marinated chicken, Ptitim with peas, roasted carrots, sweet potato, cauliflower, broccoli, Israeli salad, Beetroot and corn salad, coleslaw salad.

Mental note to self:  recommend that you need to marinate the chicken in the Sumac for as long as you can, at least a minimum of 4 hours and overnight if possible! I unfortunately did not do this and the full flavor did not pull through.

It is very simple, sprinkle approximately 3-4 tablespoons of Sumac mixed together with Extra virgin olive oil over the chicken and just let it stand for as long as you can afford to do so. you may add salt to season too. Pre-heat the oven to 220 C and grill for approximately 20mins.
